How long is the time limit for returning goods after purchase? Is there a charge?
If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can apply for a return within 7 days after receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are borne by yourself.
Under what circumstances are products not allowed to be returned?
1. The returned items must be in an unused state together with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
2. Products that indicate non-returnable products (including some promotional products) and free-of-charge products are not returnable.
Important notice for returns:
1. We do not accept returned packages that use the cash-on-delivery service. The return shipping fee is non-refundable. We will reject the receipt if you send it on delivery.
2. Before you send the returned goods to us, please check carefully whether your returned goods are correct. We are not responsible for the return of non-Bottled joy products.
How to get a refund?
We will arrange a refund for you within 7 working days after receiving your return package.
Online payment: We will return the payment to your Paypal wallet or the account you made the original payment.
Note: Shipping costs and self-paying costs do not support refunds.
